ABOUT THE TOPS
- WKU sits in third place in the Conference USA standings with an 12-4 record in league play. So far this season, WKU has sweeps over Jacksonville State, Kennesaw State, Louisiana Tech, Sam Houston and UTEP and series splits with Middle Tennessee and New Mexico State.
- The Lady Toppers reached 21 wins on Saturday with a victory over New Mexico State. It is the 31st time WKU has won at least 21 games in a season.
- Four different Lady Toppers are averaging double digit points this season. Alexis Mead is leading the team with a 13.8 points per game average, Destiny Salary is putting up 12.4 points per game, Josie Gilvin is averaging 12.3 points per game and Acacia Hayes is scoring 11.5 points per game.
- Josie Gilvin is leading the team on the boards, pulling down 5.9 rebounds per game. Zsofia Telegdy is second behind her, averaging 5.0 boards per game.
- WKU is averaging 11.3 steals per game this season, which is the 23rd best rate in the country. Three different Lady Toppers rank in the top 10 in CUSA in steals per game: Josie Gilvin: 2nd, 2.46; Alexis Mead: 4th, 2.25; Acacia Hayes: 8th, 1.96).

- The Lady Toppers have had six different leading scorers through 28 games this season. Destiny Salary has led the team eight times, Alexis Mead seven times, Josie Gilvin six times, Acacia Hayes and Zsophia Telegdy three times and Mackenzie Chatfield twice.
- Senior Alexis Mead has begun etching her name in the WKU record book. Mead is currently fourth all-time at WKU in career steals with 235, sixth in career assists with 453, tied for fifth in career starts with 121, 10th in made 3-pointers with 158, and 26th in all-time scoring with 1,334 career points. She is just the third Lady Topper to record over 1,300 career points, 400 career assists and 200 career steals, joining Kendall Noble and Clemette Haskins on the elite list.
- WKU has held 21 of 27 opponents under 70 points this season, notching a record of 19-2 when doing so. The Lady Toppers are 100-26 under head coach Greg Collins when keeping teams below 70. WKU has held 10 teams below 60 this season, going 10-0 in those games. The Lady Toppers are 50-9 under Collins when holding teams below 60.
SERIES INFORMATION
- Thursday's game between WKU and FIU will be the 50th installment in the series. The Panthers are the Lady Toppers' fifth most played opponent in program history. WKU owns a 36-13 record in the series, including 15-8 record in Miami.
- The first meeting this season was a thriller in Bowling Green that saw WKU come back from 14 down with three minutes left in the game to having a shot to win it at the buzzer. The shot was missed and FIU came out with the 80-79 win. Josie Gilvin broke the WKU single game steals record in that game with 11 and the team tied the school record with 26.
ABOUT THE PANTHERS
- FIU is tied for fifth place in the CUSA standings with Louisiana Tech with a 7-9 record in conference play. The Panthers swept Jacksonville State, has series splits with Kennesaw State, Louisiana Tech, Sam Houston and UTEP, and was swept by Liberty and New Mexico State. The Panthers also have a loss to Middle Tennessee and will conclude the regular season with the Lady Raiders on Saturday.
- Isnelle Natabou is second in the country in field goal percentage, shooting 67.7 percent from the floor. She leads CUSA and is 15th nationally in offensive rebounds per game, averaging 4.2. She leads the team in scoring with a 14.0 points per game average and on the boards, pulling down 7.0 rebounds per game.
