WKU has eight men competing in the tournament with all eight competing in both the singles and doubles brackets.
Sophomore Chad True won his first round match in flight B1, 6-3, 6-2, against Auburn’s Brent Goejean. David Bowman earned a victory Bob Briscoe of Indiana Southeast, 4-6, 6-2, 6-2. Both players lost in their second round match and are in the consolation bracket.
All of the doubles matches begin Saturday at 2 p.m. (CDT) with consolation brackets in singles beginning at 8:30 a.m.
