Prior to WKU: Most recently played in the Finnish Top League for Tapoilan Honka...With the team, she averaged 6.1 points and 2.6 rebounds per game...Played in the U19 Finnish Championship League, playing and starting in 11 games...In that league, she averaged 18.5 points per game, 8.6 rebounds and 2.9 steals...Ahervuo has also played 32 games with the Finnish junior national team...She is the daughter of Jaana Heikkila, who played at WKU from 1993-94 to 1996-97 under Paul Sanderford.
