As a Junior (2013-14): Garnered 16 individual top-10 times, including seven in the top three, by the end of the season...Placed second in the 50 free at the Conference USA Championships with a NCAA B-time of 22.96...Also finished 18th in the 100 free (52.29) and 20th in the 100 fly (57.44) at the C-USA event...Helped set a pool record in the 200 free relay at the Hilltopper Open...Set a season-best time of 51.65 in the 100 free at the National Invite, placing fourth...Finished the 100 fly in 56.69 at the Hilltopper Open, a season-best time...Recorded a first-place time of 24.34 in the 50 free against Delta State...Tallied a third-place finish at the postseason's National Invite in the 50 free at 23.41.
As a Sophomore (2012-13): Drazga completed a strong sophomore season with nine top-five finishes, including six in the top three. At the conclusion of the season, Drazga was named to the Sun Belt Conference 2013 Swimming & Diving First Team. Drazga played a role in helping WKU to its ninth SBC Championship, as she scored in each of her three individual events and three relay events. Individually, Drazga[apos]s best finish came with a trip to the podium, as she placed second in the 50 free at 23.27, a personal best and team best for the season. She set a season-high time of 51.80 in the 100 free after placing 10th at the SBC event while also placing 13th in the 100 fly (57.58). Drazga also helped the 200 medley and 200 free relays to first-place times. Drazga finished the year winning five events during the regular season. She opened the season with a win in the 50 free (24.33) and 100 free (54.29) against Delta State. She would go on to win the 50 free against Vanderbilt/Tulane (24.23), the field at the Hilltopper Invite (23.87) and Florida Atlantic/Nova Southeastern (24.25).
As a Freshman (2011-12): Paige Drazga finished her debut season with the Lady Toppers with nine top-5 finishes and a strong performance at the Sun Belt Conference Swimming and Diving Championships. Drazga scored in three events at the championship meet, her highest finish coming in the 50 freestyle. She placed sixth with a time of 23.29. Drazga also placed eighth in the 100 freestyle and 12th in the 100 breaststroke (1:06.28). She tallied a pair of event wins during the year, both coming in the 50 free. Drazga touched in at 24.20 against FAU, IUPUI and Nova Southeastern in addition to 24.26 against Southern Illinois, both for the win. She also placed in the top 5 in the 50 free against Kentucky, Vanderbilt and Georgia Tech, Clemson and turned in a pair of runner-up finishes in the 100 freestyle.
High School: Four-year letterwinner and starter at South Lyon High School in South Lyon, Mich...The South Lyon Lions went undefeated during the 2011 season on their way to the Michigan State Championship...She was a member of the 200-freestyle relay team that won the event at the 2011 state meet.
