BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – WKU Football had seven players recognized on Phil Steele's 2026 Preseason All-Conference USA Teams, the publication has announced.
The group was highlighted by wide receiver K.D. Hutchinson and offensive lineman Karsten Upchurch, who both made the First Team.
Also representing WKU offensively on Phil Steele's Preseason All-Conference USA Teams were running back Ajay Allen on the Second Team, offensive lineman Tai Ray on the Third Team and quarterback Rodney Tisdale Jr. on the Fourth Team.
Defensively, safety Jaylen Lewis was named to the Second Team and linebacker LaTrevion Thompson was named to the Fourth Team.
