Before WKU: Ray joined the Hilltoppers after spending three seasons at Pitt. He appeared in 13 games during the 2025 season, primarily on special teams, and saw action in 16 games total for the Panthers.
HS/Misc.: Ray prepped at Apopka High School in Florida, where he helped lead his team to the state championship game in each of his final two seasons. He was a three-year varsity starter and was named First Team All-Metro and All-Area and to the Orlando Sentinel Central Florida “Super 60.” Ray helped the Blue Darters to a combined 23-7 record as a junior and senior.
