- WKU has already set three different records this season: single-season team home runs (55), best start (19-3), and longest win streak (14 games). While the Tops could extend their new home run record with at least seven games left, the team is also poised to set more team records.
- Those team records include single season batting average, single season slugging percentage, and single season on-base percentage. WKU is hitting .339 on the season with the record at .331, slugging .549 with a previous all-time record of .489, and have a .409 on-base percentage with the all-time record at .410.
