Kendle White and Maci Masters led the Hilltoppers (34-10 overall, 16-6 CUSA) with a total of six RBI on the night. Masters had a three-run home run in the third inning while White had a solo home run and a two-RBI double against the Owls (7-38 overall, 3-19 CUSA).

HOW IT HAPPENED
For the second game this season, Jenna Blanton had a walk off hit to end the game, this time with an RBI double.Â
With two outs in the bottom of the first, three straight doubles from Annie White, Morgan Sharpe, and Lauren Satterly scored the first two runs of the game.
In the home half of the third, Kendle White added to the total with her 10th home run of the season over the left center wall.
Erica Houge, in her 23rd start of the season, held the Owls scoreless through the first two frames before a two-run home run ended the drought in the third.
Back-to-back singles from Sharpe and Satterly set the scene for Masters as she hit her 15th long ball of the year over the left center wall.Â
Already up 6-3, Kennedy Stinson scored on a wild pitch after reaching on a walk to extend the Tops' lead to 7-3.
An RBI single and a bases-loaded walk in the top of the fourth added the final two runs of the game for Kennesaw State.
In the home half of the fourth, Satterly scored on an Owls' throwing error after reaching with a walk.
Annie White earned her 46th RBI of the season with a sacrifice fly to centerfield to expand WKU's lead to 9-5Â in the fifth.
In the bottom of the sixth, a walk from Masters put one aboard as Lauren Campisano pinch ran and advanced to second thanks to a sacrifice bunt from Katie Murphy.
With Campisano on second and advancing to third on a wild pitch, Macy Gregor drew a six-pitch walk to put two Hilltoppers on.Â
Gregor stole second to put two in scoring position and an RBI bunt single from Anna Mauck scored Campisano, and Kendle White followed with a two-RBI double the very next at-bat.
Blanton finished off the game for WKU with an RBI double to center field to earn the win with a 13-5 final score.

"It was a great win for us today to open our last home series in Conference USA," said WKU Softball head coach, Amy Tudor. "We had a great crowd despite the rain. Kind of fought through that and was really proud of the team for fighting through the rain and answering back whenever we got the game tied. I was proud of our offense and Erica [Houge] hung in there for win number 20."

- Erica Houge finished the night with her 12th complete game of the season. Houge gave up seven hits but only allowed two earned runs. In her six innings of work, she faced 29 batters and struck out five.
- Maci Masters hit her 15th home run of the season and is now tied for second all-time in single season home runs.
- Friday marked the 22nd game of the season with 10 or more hits. WKU has played 44 so far.
