HOW IT HAPPENEDÂ
Kendle White opened the game with a leadoff single up the middle followed by a sacrifice bunt from Jenna Blanton to move White to second.Â
A walk from Annie White put another Hilltopper on the bases, and a groundout from Morgan Sharpe pushed both Whites to second and third, but WKU closed the first without a run.Â
Jax State plated its runs in the first, second, and fourth innings.Â
Kendle White hit a double to left field in the top of the sixth, but the Hilltoppers were unable to score.Â
