ABOUT THE LADY TOPS
- WKU's lineup will be Sydney Hackett, Averi Cline, Catie Craig, Kaylee Dwyer and Nina McMurtrey.
- The Lady Tops are ranked No. 57 in the latest national rankings, their highest ranking in program history.
- WKU has won the Reynolds Lake Oconee Invitational and the UNF Collegiate to open the spring schedule. It is the first time in program history that they have won multiple tournaments in a single spring and just the fifth season in school history with two wins. WKU has never won three tournaments in a single season.
- The Lady Tops won the UNF Collegiate by nine shots over Xavier. Sydney Hackett finished third in the event to earn her second career CUSA Golfer of the Week Award. Hackett also tied for third at the Reynolds Lake Oconee Invitational.
- WKU won the Reynolds Lake Oconee Invitational, defeating No. 26 Florida by six shots. The Lady Tops fired a 1-under 287 during the final round, the only team round in the entire tournament (45 rounds) under par.
- Catie Craig won her eighth career Conference USA Golfer of the Week award after a third-place finish at the Reynolds Lake Oconee Invitational. She has finished inside the top two three times in six events this season and now has 15 Top-5 finishes in her career (36 events). She has five career victories, one shy of Mary Joiner's school record of six.
- Averi Cline was inside the Top 10 – an eighth-place finish – at the UNF Collegiate. She also tied for 20th to begin the spring.
- Kaylee Dwyer finished a career-best fourth to open the spring, thanks to a final-round 3-under 69 (the best round of the tournament by any golfer).
- McMurtrey, who has not competed yet in the spring, played in all five tournaments during the fall for the Lady Tops.
- Last year, WKU won the Spring Break Shootout by 15 shots. Catie Craig won the event at 12-under, three shots better than teammate Sarah Arnold. Sydney Hackett also tied for 10th. In the first round of last year's event, Craig fired an 8-under 63 to set a new school record.
