The Rebels (21-4 overall, 2-1 SEC) jumped out to a quick lead in Bowling Green, scoring eight total runs across the first two innings.
In the home half of the third, sophomore infielder Annie White sent a sacrifice fly to right field to score sophomore outfielder Kendle White who reached earlier with a single.
Second-year Maci Masters sent her fifth ball of the season over the fence for a two-run home run, scoring freshman infielder Charlotte Herron.
After the Rebels added another run to their tally, bringing the score to 9-3, the Hilltoppers scored another two in the bottom of the fourth.
With the bases loaded, White earned her 14th RBI of the season with a single to center that scored senior catcher Randi Drinnon.
Herron earned an RBI herself with a sacrifice fly to right field to score junior outfielder Kaytlan Kemp.
Ole Miss was able to keep WKU at bay for the remainder of the game and hand the Hilltoppers their ninth loss of the season.
