Meet Schedule
On the upcoming meet and season, Head Coach Brent Chumbley said "We are excited to get on the big track this weekend and see what happens. Outdoor season is always an unknown because of the weather. I know everyone is ready to compete and get started. We have several people coming off injury that did not run indoor so we are looking forward to that. We also add Katie for her final outdoor season."
The Hilltoppers enter the outdoor season following some strong showings in the indoor campaign highlighted by a conference championship and national ranking for the women's high jump team. The team is led by transfer Emilia Lesniak who won the CUSA Indoor Championship, the team will also add Katie Isenbarger who claimed both the indoor and outdoor titles last season.
Another newcomer, Netanya Linares, etched her name in the record books setting a new school record and managing a podium finish in the pentathlon at the conference championships.
On the track, Julian Klenner capped off a strong indoor slate with a top-three finish at conference championships. In total, the junior managed six top-five finishes in the 200 and 400 over the course of the indoor season.
