Lady Topper Notables
- The Lady Topper lineup will be Catie Craig, Sarah Arnold, Faith Martin, Sydney Hackett, Averi Cline and Addie Westbrook (individual).
- WKU finished second at last season's CUSA Championship and junior Catie Craig won individual medalist honors, becoming the first WKU women's golfer to ever advance to NCAA Regionals.
- This summer, Craig and Sarah Arnold became WKU's first two qualifiers for the U.S. Women's Amateur, played at Bel Air Country Club in Los Angeles. Craig qualified for match play (Top 64) and won two matches to finish in the Sweet 16.
- Sydney Hackett was named CUSA Freshman of the Year a season ago. Both Craig and Hackett earned third team All-CUSA honors.
- Averi Cline was named WKU's Conference USA Spirit of Service recipient for the spring season.
- The Lady Toppers begin their tough fall slate Monday with 36 holes, followed by the final 18 holes on Tuesday. After the Boilermaker Classic, the Lady Tops then return to the Jennifer Duke Invitational for the second straight season. In late September, WKU travels to South Carolina for the Lady Paladin Invitational before concluding the fall in October with the Pat Bradley Invitational and The Southern.
