STATESBORO, GA.– WKU Women's Golf heads to Statesboro, Georgia to compete in The Southern hosted by Georgia Southern. This comes after the Lady Tops finished second in the Pat Bradley Invitational last weekend. The Lady Tops have been rolling and are looking to end the Fall season on a high note.

WKU will tee off early Monday morning at the Savannah Golf Club. The Lady Tops will be competing against teams like Xavier, Missouri, Jacksonville State, and last year's champion Georgia Southern.
Catie Craig is at the top of the card for the squad. The reigning CUSA Golfer of the Week is looking to put a huge stamp on the tremendous Fall that she's had at The Southern.
Sarah Arnold is right behind her on the card. The grad student has had an extremely productive Fall herself and is coming off of a top 10 finish at the Pat Bradley Invitational, where she finished seventh.
Sophomore Sydney Hackett and senior Addie Westbrook are next the team card for the Lady Tops. The pair of Lady Tops had top 15 finishes in Sarasota as well. Hackett finished in eighth and Westbrook tied for 13th, both of which were huge players in the teams' runner-up finish in Florida.
Averi Cline is next for the Lady Tops. Cline was impressive as well in Sarasota, tying for 36th. The sophomore is looking to help the Lady Tops capture their fourth straight top three finish of the Fall.
Competing as an individual and wrapping up the card for the Lady Tops is Nina McMurtrey. The Glasgow, Kentucky native is looking to have a great showing in Georgia and make an impact for the Lady Tops.
The team competed in The Southern last Fall as well where they finished third after posting a 47-over 911 score.
