BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – WKU Women's Golf is set to open its spring season with Georgia's Lady Bulldog Individual Championship on Saturday and Sunday in Athens, Ga.

As the tournament is an individual championship, the Lady Toppers will travel five golfers who will all compete separately, with no team score calculated. Kenlie Barrett, Olivia Reed, Sarah Arnold, Catie Craig and Faith Martin will all travel to the championship.
This will be WKU's most competitive field to date as the group includes individuals from No. 6 Wake Forest, No. 9 Alabama, No. 12 Auburn, No. 17 Texas A&M, No. 24 Ole Miss, No. 29 Georgia, No. 34 Kentucky and Conference USA foe UAB.
The Lady Toppers closed out their fall season at their own Olde Stone Intercollegiate in late October. Barrett was able to pick up a t-8th finish, her second top-10 finish of the season. Overall, the team finished 10th.
