BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — WKU Hilltopper Basketball continues a stretch of seven straight games away from home with a trip to face Eastern Kentucky at 7 p.m. CT Wednesday in Richmond, Ky.
The Hilltoppers are coming off back-to-back losses last week to Washington and UNLV in the Global Sports Classic in Las Vegas.
This will be the 156th all-time meeting between WKU (3-3) and Eastern Kentucky (3-4), with the Hilltoppers leading the all-time series 112-43 – their most wins against a single opponent. WKU has won the last 13 meetings between the two former Ohio Valley Conference rivals since 1987, including an 86-84 victory last season at Diddle Arena on Justin Johnson's desperation 3 at the buzzer.
The Hilltoppers haven't visited EKU since 2007. WKU head coach Rick Stansbury is 2-0 all-time against the Colonels.

• Graduate senior Pancake Thomas and graduate senior Junior Lomomba are a combined 33 of 37 from the free-throw line. WKU's guards are a combined 57 of 68 (.838) from the charity stripe, and Thomas leads Conference USA with a 94.4 percent clip from the line.
• WKU has made more free throws (95) than its opponents have attempted (73). The Hilltoppers' 31 makes vs. North Carolina A&T were their most since netting 33 vs. Ball State on Feb. 22, 2003.
• Pancake Thomas played in his 100th career game at Belmont. Junior Lomomba (97) and graduate senior Que Johnson (99) are also nearing the 100-game milestone.
• Justin Johnson needs 274 points this season to become the 49th player in Hilltopper Basketball history to score 1,000 career points.
• Graduate senior Que Johnson needs 75 points to reach 1,000 for his career across his time at Washington State and WKU. Pancake Thomas needs 190 points to reach 1,000 for his career across his time at New Mexico, Hartford and WKU.
• Senior Ben Lawson ranks fifth in WKU history with 142 career blocked shots.
• Head coach Rick Stansbury needs four more wins to reach 300 victories for his career.
