JUNIOR (2016-17): Played in all 32 games and made 31 starts, averaging 31.4 minutes per game, and was named to All-Conference USA Second Team… Led the team in scoring (14.5 points per game) and rebounding (9.4 per game), becoming the first WKU player to lead the team in both categories in back-to-back years since Chris Marcus in 2000-02… Led Conference USA in both rebounding and double-doubles, ranking in the top 40 nationally in both categories, and his 14 double-doubles were tied for the 10th-most by a Hilltopper since 1960… Crossed the 1,000-point plateau and finished the season tied for 36th on WKU’s all-time scoring list with 1,120 career points… Became first WKU player to average at least 14 points, nine rebounds and two assists since Mike Odemns in 1974-75… Shot 52.3 percent from the field and 38.8 percent (26 of 67) from the 3-point line after making one total 3-pointer across his first two seasons… Became first player to shoot at least 50 percent from the field and make at least 20 3-pointers since Orlando Mendez-Valdez in 2006-07… First Hilltopper with at least five games of 14-plus rebounds in a season since Nigel Dixon in 2003-04… Grabbed career-high 16 rebounds with 15 points against UTSA on March 8… Scored career-high 26 points with 14 rebounds against UAB on Feb. 19, making career-high 12 field goals… Named C-USA Player of the Week on Feb. 6 after averaging 17.5 points, 12.5 rebounds and 2.5 assists against LA Tech and Southern Miss… Tallied 14 points, 10 rebounds and a career-high six assists at Indiana State on Dec. 11… Knocked down a career-high three 3s at Belmont on Nov. 19… Named to C-USA Preseason All-Conference Team.
SOPHOMORE (2015-16): Played in 34 games and made 26 starts, averaging 28.9 minutes per game... Ended the season leading the team in scoring at 14.9 points per game and 7.9 rebounds per game, becoming the first Hilltopper to lead the team in both since Derrick Gordon in 2011-12... Shot 60.2 percent from the field (197-for-327), good for second in Conference USA and top-20 in the nation... Ranked 14th in Conference USA in scoring and sixth in rebounding... Scored 507 points, the seventh-most by a sophomore in WKU history... Put together the 41st 500-point season in Hilltopper Basketball history... Scored in double figures in 27 of 34 games... Had a team-best 10 double-doubles... Led WKU in rebounding in a game 22 times... Set career highs in points (16), rebounds (15), field goals (8), assists (4) and blocked shots (3) against Campbellsville (Ky.) on Nov. 14... New career high lasted two games before being bettered with 22 points against Stony Brook on Nov. 21... Had a career-best 24 points on 10-of-11 shooting against Indiana State on Dec. 13... Tied a career high with 24 points on 11-of-13 shooting at Marshall on Jan. 3... Had a career-high 25 points on Jan. 7 against FIU and went 11-for-11 from the free throw line... Had second-straight double-double on Feb. 13 against Marshall with 19 points and 11 rebounds... Played a season-high 38 minutes against LA Tech on March 5 and had 12 points and 13 rebounds... Went 7-for-9 for 17 points and 10 rebounds against North Texas on March 9.
FRESHMAN (2014-15): Played in 31 games as a rookie and averaged 15.5 minutes per game... Finished fifth on the team in scoring at 4.8 points per game and third on the squad in rebounding at 4.1 rebounds per game... Shot 50.4 percent from the floor (60-for-119)... Had 46 offensive rebounds, the second-most on the squad... Scored 15 points to go along with seven rebounds at Minnesota on Nov. 18... Swatted two shots to go along with seven points and three rebounds in 20 minutes against Bowling Green State on Dec. 3... Named C-USA Co-Freshman of the Week on Dec. 15 after having eight points and seven rebounds to go along with two blocked shots at Ole Miss on Dec. 13... Scored 11 points with six rebounds in 18 minutes off the bench at FIU on Jan. 17... Made first-career start on Feb. 14 at Marshall... Dished out three assists and had nine points in 23 minutes off the bench against FIU on Feb. 28... Had six rebounds in 15 minutes in a Conference USA Tournament First Round win over Marshall on March 11.
HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped final two years at Perry County Central High School in Hazard, Ky., after starting career at Sheldon Clark High School in Inez... Averaged 21.9 points and 17.6 rebounds per game as a senior in 2013-14... Was named first-team all-state by both the Lexington Herald-Leader and the Associated Press after senior season... Played for the prestigious Kentucky All-Star Team against the Indiana All-Stars in two games in mid-June... Finished high school career with 1,519 rebounds, good for sixth-most in the history of the state, and 1,832 points... Averaged double-double for entire high school career... Was a second-team all-state selection as a junior in 2012-13 after averaging 16.3 points and 10 rebounds per game and helping Perry County Central to 14th Region runner-up status... Signed with WKU during the early signing period... Rated as a three-star recruit by Rivals.com.
MISCELLANEOUS: Graduated in 2017 with a bachelor's degree in sport management. Currently pursuing a master's degree in intercollegiate athletic administration.
