During his first season with the Hilltoppers, Holland helped the program claim the Famous Toastery Bowl title with a 38-35 overtime win over Old Dominion. Following the season, receiver Malachi Corley was selected by the New York Jets with the first pick of the third round in the 2024 NFL Draft.
Holland arrived in Bowling Green after working as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Syracuse. Prior to his time with the Orange, Holland served as a Strength and Conditioning Intern Coach at Ohio State, where he earned a master’s degree in coaching. He earned his bachelor’s degree in sport management with a minor in business administration from the University of Tennessee in 2016.
