Aislyn Welch was hired as the WKU Baseball Graduate Assistant in August of 2024. In her role, Welch currently serves as the office manager and contributes to the on-campus recruiting efforts.
A 2023 magna cum laude graduate of WKU, Welch earned her bachelor's degree in Sports Management while working as a student manager for WKU Baseball from 2021-23 and WKU Football from 2022-23.
She is currently pursuing her master's degree in organizational leadership with a certification in intercollegiate athletic administration.
Welch has three years of experience working for the Tampa Bay Rays at Bowling Green Ballpark and PBR Tennessee showcases doing baseball analytics.
She was invited to attend 2024 Winter Meetings Advancing Bases Day 2 Event and has worked the 2024 Futures Games with PBR Tennessee.
Welch is from Murfreesboro and currently resides in Bowling Green.
