As a Junior (2014): One of the more versatile Lady Toppers, Clancey transitioned from defense to offense on a few occasions with four shots throughout the season with two of those shots on goal… Started in 15 of the 18 games during the season… Played a major role with the WKU defense that held seven teams scoreless including three in conference play… Helped hold nine opponents to five or less shots on goal. As a Sophomore (2013): Clancey emerged as one of WKU's most versatile players with her ability to transition from outside back to outside midfield in 2013...She proved to be valuable down the stretch, getting all 11 of her starting nods in WKU's last 14 games of the season...Clancey logged a sophomore-high 1,238 minutes and appeared in all 21 matches...She scored her first-career goal in game-winning fashion against Lipscomb on Sept. 22, lofting a shot from the left side of the box into the net in the 84th minute to lift WKU to a 2-1 victory...Clancey tallied her first assist in a conference win over ULM on Sept. 27, corralling a corner kick and setting up Torrie Lange's game-winning goal...She was a tremendous presence at outside back during the Sun Belt Conference Tournament, helping WKU shutout Texas State in the semifinals and limiting the Lady Toppers' three tournament opponents to 17 shots on goal in three games. She was named to the Sun Belt Conference All-Tournament Team for her efforts that led WKU to the SBC Title Match. As a Freshman (2012): Saw action in 18 games during her rookie season, picking up starts in six of the first seven games of her career...Logged 721 minutes on WKU's backline and was a significant piece of the Lady Topper defense that limited opponents to a 0.81 GAA. Carmel High School: Key defender on Carmel High School's 22-0-1 2011 squad that won the Indiana State Championship and was ranked #1 in the nation by ESPN Rise ... Named Second Team All-State and Academic All-State honors as a senior ... Also earned All-MIC Conference honors during her career ... Played for Carmel Elite ECNL club that won Indiana State Cup Championships in 2008, 2009, and 2010, as well as 2011 Elite Clubs National League B League National Championship.
