Sophia Lezizidis doubled the Hilltoppers' lead with a solo shot off a free kick in the 80th minute, marking her first goal of the season. In her debut, Emma Teague played the entirety of the match in goal helping to secure the shutout.
- Between the posts, goalkeeper Mia Riddick has been a key part of the Hilltoppers' defensive success, recording 17 saves while allowing just one goal this season. Riddick currently leads CUSA in goals-against average (0.25), saves (17), and shutouts per game (.750), while ranking 14th nationally in both save percentage and shutouts.
