The team was the 2015 winner of the San Diego Surf Cup and is currently in first place in the California Regional League Premier Division while competing in the U.S. Youth Soccer Association National League (USYSA). In high school, Bragado lettered all four years and served as a captain during the 2015-16 season. Neidell on Bragado: "Christina came to our Elite Individual Camp last summer where she impressed us with her assertive personality both on and off the field. She seemed to be everywhere, always popping up to break up a play or start an attack. She has great field awareness and tremendous ball-winning and passing skills. Christina is that rare midfielder who can play with the grace of an artist, but also understands the need to roll up her sleeves and do the dirty work. Most importantly, Christina has an amazing presence that immediately brightens a room."
