2016 (r-Fr.) | 11/0: Pate saw action in the final 11 games of the season, primarily as a reserve offensive guard and on special teams. Pate’s low block at Middle Tennessee was essential in Deon Yelder’s blocked extra point attempt in double overtime which led to WKU’s 44-43 victory.
2015 (Fr.): Pate redshirted his first season on The Hill.
HS/Misc.: Pate played his high school ball under head coach Mark Fleetwood at Peachtree Ridge High School in Suwanee, Georgia. Pate was rated a two-star prospect by both 247Sports.com and Rivals.
