WKU Career | 41/15: Burt played in 41 games with 15 starts over his four-year WKU career. He caught 68 passes for 689 yards and six touchdowns.
2023 (r-Sr.) | 12/7: Burt appeared in 12 games with seven starts in his final season with the Hilltoppers. He caught 28 passes for 233 yards and three touchdowns. He caught a career-high seven passes on in WKU's 38-35 overtime victory over Old Dominion in the 2023 Famous Toastery Bowl, in which the Hilltoppers overcame a 28-point deficit – the fourth-largest comeback ever in a bowl game. He had a season-high 54 yards on six receptions, including a 26-yard touchdown, in WKU's 28-23 win over Sam Houston.
2022 (Sr.) | 4/0: Burt played in WKU's first-four games of the season before missing the remainder of the year. In those games, Burt caught four passes for 70 yards, including a long of 25 yards at Hawaii. He also hauled in two catches for 27 yards at Indiana.
2021 (Jr.) | 14/0: Burt appeared in all 14 games for the C-USA East Division Championship in 2021. The junior receiver caught 13 passes for 220 yards and one touchdown. His receiving touchdown occurred in the season opener against UT Martin when he took a pass 54 yards to the house for the game's final score. Burt also factored into the special teams game for the Tops by returning a kickoff for a touchdown against Marshall to help WKU win, 53-21, and clinch the division championship.
2020 (Jr.) | 11/8: Burt played in all-but-one game in the first season on The Hill while starting eight contests. Recorded 23 receptions for 166 yards and two touchdowns. Had back-to-back games vs. Chattanooga and at Florida Atlantic with a season-high five catches, while his 37 yards against the Owls was a season-best. His first touchdown was a 24-yarder vs. Liberty in which made a highlight grab over a Flames defender. It was featured on ESPN's Sunday NFL Countdown the next morning in the "You Got Mossed" segment. His second touchdown was a four-yard score on fourth-and-goal with 1:21 remaining in the fourth quarter vs. Chattanooga to give WKU a 13-10 lead and the eventual win. He will retain his junior year of eligibility due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Before WKU: Burt played at Hutchinson CC in 2019 after spending his freshman season at Urbana University. Hauled in seven catches for 141 yards and two touchdowns while helping the Blue Dragons finish with a 10-2 record and No. 3 national ranking. Rated as a three-star JuCo prospect with an 84 composite score, which ranked 19th nationally among JuCo wide receivers and 130th among all positions. Chose WKU over others such as UMass and New Mexico State.
