WKU Career | 27/9: Ervin-Poindexter played in 27 games with nine starts over two seasons at WKU after transferring from Indiana. During that time, he rushed for 766 yards and four touchdowns on 179 carries. Ervin-Poindexter also had 232 yards and one touchdown on 36 receptions as a Hilltopper.
2023 (r-Sr.) | 13/3: Ervin-Poindexter appeared in all 13 of WKU's games during the 2023 season with starts in the team's first three games. He tallied 241 yards and a touchdown on 63 rushing attempts, and provided a receiving threat out of the backfield with 21 catches for 148 yards and one touchdown. Ervin-Poindexter recorded season-highs of 10 carries and 45 yards rushing in the season opener against South Florida on Sept. 2. His one rushing score came on a 1-yard run at Louisiana Tech on Oct. 5. Ervin-Poindexter had multiple receptions in seven games, including three games with three catches. He had a season-high 30 yards receiving against Liberty on Oct. 24. His touchdown reception came on an 18-yard play against Middle Tennessee on Sept. 28.
2022 (r-Jr.) | 14/6: In his first season on The Hill, Ervin-Poindexter was the only running back to appear in all 14 games for the Hilltoppers, and made six starts along the way. For the year, he totaled 525 rushing yards on 116 carries with three touchdowns. He also factored into the passing game for the Tops, bringing in 15 catches for 84 yards. Ervin-Poindexter scored two of his three touchdowns in WKU's blowout victory over FIU with the other coming in a win at Hawaii. He finished the year strong with an 108-yard perforamance in the regular season finale at Florida Atlantic. He also carried 15 times for 82 yards in a tough win over UAB. Ervin-Poindexter played a key role in WKU knocking off South Alabama in the New Orleans Bowl by recording 33 yards rushing and 33 yards receiving.
Before WKU: Spent three seasons at Indiana. Appeared in all 12 games in 2021 and made three starts while rushing for 226 yards and one touchdown. He also caught four passes for 26 yards and returned two kicks for 14 yards.
HS/Misc.: Played running back for head coach Brian Badke at Brother Rice High School in Chicago. Rushed for 1,100 yards and 15 touchdowns and also lettered in track and field.
