As a Fifth-Year Senior (2021): Second Team All-Conference USA…Preseason All-Conference Team…Played in 18 games for WKU while starting 23 of them…Owned a 2.71 ERA with 4 wins and 8 losses, drawing the most innings against the Hilltoppers’ toughest opponents…Recorded 2 saves while pitching 85.1 innings before having her season cut short to injury...Struck out a season-high 13 batters against Eastern Kentucky on April 7th - tying her career-high mark…Recorded 92 strikeouts on the season…Fielded her position flawlessly with 11 assists...Leaves as the program’s record holder in career saves (17) and relief appearances (65) and would ultimately finish second on the career strikeouts list (554) after an injury cut her final season short.
As a Senior (2020): Ranked 23rd of D1Softball’s Top-100 Pitchers List following her shortened senior season – the only Conference USA representative…One of 30 Senior CLASS Award Softball Candidates – first in WKU Softball history…Preseason All-Conference USA Team selection…Conference USA's Pitcher of the Week nod twice (Feb. 24 and March 9) in five weeks of distribution…Owns six career Pitcher of the Week awards across her career on The Hill after earning two as both a sophomore, junior and senior…Posted a 1.86 ERA across 79.0 innings in 2020…Owned a 10-3 record including seven complete games and three saves (ninth-most across the NCAA)…Ten wins ranked 21st in the country on the season…Tallied two complete game shutouts and two more combined shutouts…Racked up 116 strikeouts against just 33 walks while registering an opposing batting average of .204…Her 10.3 strikeouts per game ranked 21st in the nation…Her 15 career saves rank first in the WKU Softball record book and second in the Conference USA listings…Went 2-0 and recorded a save in WKU’s series sweep of Middle Tennessee with 15 strikeouts and a 0.98 ERA, which was the Tops’ only C-USA action on the season…Racked up a career-best 13 strikeouts in her complete-game eight-inning win at Troy and then again when WKU hosted Green Bay…Notched five double-digit strikeout showings…Closed the season in fifth on WKU's career strikeouts list with 462, 100 away from tying for the most.
As a Junior (2019): Second Team All-Conference USA selection…C-USA Pitcher of the Week back-to-back weeks (3/25 & 4/1)…Earned NCAA Top Performance recognition from Louisville Slugger/NFCA (3/26)…College Sports Madness’ C-USA Player of the Week (4/1)… Went 14-9 overall in the circle…Set WKU’s single-season saves record with 6, which ranked ninth in all of NCAA Softball…Also took over as WKU’s career saves record holder with 12, which ranks tied for seventh among all active NCAA players…One of just four NCAA DI pitchers with 14+ wins and 6+ saves during the 2019 season…Her 9.7 strikeouts/7 innings ranked ninth across the NCAA…Owns WKU’s career relief appearances record with 54 through three seasons…Recorded what’s thought to be the only four-strikeout inning in NCAA Softball during the 2019 season during the seventh inning of a win over Jackson State on March 2…Earned the win in the circle at No. 17 Kentucky holding the Wildcats to a single run and three hits while striking out three…Carried a no-hitter into the ninth inning at Tennessee Tech while striking out a career-high 13 batters in the eventual 4-1 victory…Faced bases-loaded, no outs against the heart of Middle Tennessee’s lineup twice and held the Blue Raiders scoreless on both occasions including striking out all three batters during the C-USA Tournament game…Recorded 12 showings with seven or more strikeouts and four with double-digit punch outs…Posted four outings allowing just one or two hits in 5+ innings of work…Threw eight complete-game outings on the season…Recorded a 2.15 ERA in 133.1 innings pitched across 36 appearances and 20 starts…Struck out 184 batters while holding opponents to a .185 batting average…Four solo shutouts and four more combined shutouts.
As a Sophomore (2018): Two-time Conference USA Pitcher of the Week (2/19 & 5/7)…Recorded the first extra-inning no-hitter in WKU history (2/15 vs. Sacred Heart) – one of two performances of such across the nation in 2018…Program’s 12th-ever no-hitter…Also threw a one-hitter (3/4), a two-hitter (5/6) and a three-hitter (3/10)…Registered a career-high nine strikeouts against fifth-seeded Marshall in the first round of the Conference USA Tournament…Overall ERA of 3.15 with a 12-9 record…Started 19 games, appearing as a reliever in 20 more…Reset the program’s single-season relief appearances record with 20 and ranks second on the career list with 38…Seven complete games, with three complete-game shutouts and one combined shutout…Three saves tied for second most in a single season…Tossed 142.0 innings while doubling her strikeouts from 2017 up to 108…Held opposing batters to a .234 batting average…Nine outings with five or more strikeouts.
As a Freshman (2017): Conference USA All-Freshman Team...Shutdown mode in the circle for WKU during the Conference USA Tournament, pitching 11.2 innings without allowing an earned run...Inherited three runners in scoring position with no outs during the C-USA Tournament and did not allow any to score...Notched a 2.92 overall ERA on the year while posting a 7-4 record in 27 appearances...Started nine games and went the distance in five with one complete game shutout (at Alabama A&M)...Tossed 93.1 innings for the Hilltoppers while allowing just 39 earned runs...Tallied 54 strikeouts on the year...Owned the best opposing batting average on the WKU pitching staff, holding opponents to a .244 average...Had one hit and one RBI to go along with three walks at the plate.
High School:Â Played the first three seasons of high school ball at Cedar Falls H.S. before transferring to Waverly-Shell Rock H.S....Earned All-Metro honors following sophomore and junior campaigns... Honorable Mention All-Mississippi Valley Conference selection in 2015...All-Academic honoree in 2015.
