Last season, Luke Fuller won the individual medalist honors at the Conference USA Championship to qualify for NCAA Regionals. He was WKU's first CUSA champ, and first overall conference champion since Brent Long won the Sun Belt in 2006.
As a team, the Hilltoppers are looking for their first conference championship since winning the Sun Belt in 2006. That is the only conference championship in program history.
