Saturday's game is a Red Out. Fans are encouraged to wear red to the game. The first 500 fans will get a WKU Red Towel. WKU Students in attendance will get free donuts. There will also a be raffle for a 50" Smart TV during the game.
It will also be Kids Takeover Day in Diddle Arena on Saturday. Throughout the week, local children were able to sign up for different roles during the game, including public address, team manager, ball kid, etc.

- Saturday's game will be the 85th all-time between WKU and Middle Tennessee dating back to the 1924-25 season. WKU owns a 24-16 record against the Blue Raiders in Bowling Green.
- The series has been even since the two teams joined CUSA. Since 2015, WKU is 9-10 against Middle Tennessee. Both teams have enjoyed long winning streaks, including the Lady Toppers' five-game streak against the Blue Raiders from 2016 through 2018. From 2015 through 2020, WKU was 8-2 against Middle Tennessee.
