MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – WKU Women's Tennis seniors Rachel Hermanova and Sofia Blanco competed in the main draw of the ITA Division I Women's Ohio Valley Regional Championship on Friday at the Adams Tennis Complex.
The pair claimed an 8-6 doubles victory to cap off their first day competing in the event and advance to the Round of 32 after falling in singles competition.

- In doubles, Hermanova and Blanco will compete in the main draw Round of 32 on Saturday at 9 a.m. against Murray State's Valeria Chaikovskaia and Bruna Melato.
- In singles, Blanco and Hermanova will move to the consolation bracket where they will continue play Saturday. Blanco will face Vanderbilt's Sonya Macavei at 12:30 p.m. CT and Hermanova will face Austin Peay's Sophia Baranov at 1 p.m. CT.
