QUOTABLE
- "We played well today. I thought our singles performance was exceptional against SEMO – a team that won their regular-season conference championship (last season). To come to this tournament and sweep MTSU in doubles was a great accomplishment. Sunday will be very difficult, but with the way we competed the first two days, we have created some momentum." – WKU Women's Tennis Head Coach Greg Davis, on Day 2 of the Middle Tennessee Fall Invitational.
NEXT UP
- The Lady Toppers will wrap up action at the Middle Tennessee Fall Invitational – and their fall schedule as a whole – on Sunday at the Adams Tennis Complex in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. WKU will face Tennessee State in doubles at 9 a.m. CT and will close the weekend with singles matches against Lipscomb at 10:30 a.m. CT.
