The regular season slate starts for the Tops with a trip to Clearwater, Florida for the NFCA Leadoff Classic hosted by the coaches' organization. The season starts Friday, Feb. 9, as WKU faces off against Missouri State and Iowa. Day two for the Tops in the Sunshine State includes games with Army and NC State. On Sunday, action closes as WKU faces up against Kansas for the final match up of the weekend.

The next weekend of the 2022 season opens the Hilltoppers' quick five-game homestand as the Red and White host the annual Hilltopper Classic on The Hill. Detroit Mercy, Saint Louis, and Eastern Illinois all visit the WKU Softball Complex.

In between both WKU-hosted tournaments, the Tops will head up I-65 to face Louisville (36-20 in 2023) in Ulmer Stadium on Feb. 27 at 6 p.m. CT. The final tournament of the season is the annual WKU Spring Fling, hosted at the WKU Softball Complex. The Tops welcome Dayton, Northern Illinois, and Southern Illinois to The Hill for five more games.

Looking to add their fourth Conference USA Tournament title in program history, WKU has now made the event for six-straight seasons and has its eyes set on May 8-11 in Las Cruces, N.M. as New Mexico State hosts.
Over the span of the season, WKU is slated to host 26 games and will match up against 14 different teams at the WKU Softball Complex. Flexible season ticket packages are now on sale for $50 that will give fans 25 tickets to use however they'd like -- the only game this season that requires a separate ticket purchase aside from the season ticket package, is when the Hilltoppers host Kentucky on Wednesday, April 17.
