BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – WKU Men's Golf is slated to start its fall season at the Badger Invitational hosted by Wisconsin, beginning on Sunday and running through Tuesday.

Live Scoring
This is the Hilltoppers' first trip of the season and first time competing in the Badger Invitational. The 18-team field is stacked with some of the best teams from around the country including five top-50 teams and nine top-100 teams from the 2021-22 season. The field includes No. 15 Texas A&M, No. 21 Ole Miss, No. 26 South Carolina, No. 28 Purdue and No. 30 South Florida.
The 54-hole event will be played on Wisconsin's own University Ridge Course. WKU will play one round a day in a double-tee, tee-time format each day.
WKU is beginning the year with a fresh lineup with mixed experience across the five-man card. Senior Luke Fuller will lead the Tops off in the No. 1 spot. He has the second-best scoring average from the 2021-22 season at 74.6 shots.
Following Fuller in line is newcomer and graduate senior Landon Carner. Carner will make his first start as a Hilltopper on Sunday at the Invite. Sophomore Riley Grindstaff has the best scoring average from the 2021-22 year at 73.9 strokes and will be playing for the Tops in the third spot.
Junior Connery Meyer returns to the lineup for the third consecutive year and will play as the four-man while sophomore Will Stewart will make his first start in the lineup for the Red and White. He competed in one event as an individual for the team in his freshman season.
Redshirt sophomore and newcomer Nic Hofman will play as an individual for WKU at Wisconsin.
