FRANKLIN, Tenn. – WKU Men's Golf concluded the second round of Vanderbilt's Mason Rudolph Championship on Saturday afternoon. The team shot the same score as Friday, 6-over 290, at the par-71, 7,100-yard Vanderbilt Legends Club.
Freshman Riley Grindstaff carded the low score of the day for the Hilltoppers at even-par 71. He added up 14 pars across the day to turn in the even score.
Redshirt senior Thomas Hogan shot a 1-over 72, improving his Friday score by five shots. He's currently tied for 70th overall.
The Tops finished up scoring with a 2-over 73 from Connery Meyer and a 3-over 74 from Luke Fuller. The pair are both tied at 53rd with a score of 3-over 145 for a 36-hole total.
Fifth-year senior Caleb O'Toole shot 4-over 76 on the day and is tied for 58th, just behind Meyer and Fuller.
WKU is currently in 14th as a team. The Hilltoppers will return to action on Sunday morning for the conclusion of the Mason Rudolph Championship.
