SAN ANTONIO — WKU Hilltopper Basketball will go for its fourth straight win Saturday at UTSA at 3 p.m. CT. UTSA will stream the game on CUSA.tv, a subscription service that requires payment to access. A 24-hour pass or monthly subscription are both available.
Â
The Hilltoppers won their third in a row by at least seven points Thursday with a 76-69 home win over East Division-leading Florida Atlantic. UTSA was off in the midweek but last fell 84-75 at Middle Tennessee on Monday.
Â
WKU is 6-3 all-time against the Roadrunners, including a win in last year's C-USA Tournament quarterfinals. Head coach Rick Stansbury is 4-3 in his career against UTSA.

Â
• Jamarion Sharp is the tallest player in college basketball at 7 feet, 5 inches. He's also the tallest player in the history of the Hilltopper program. Sharp leads the nation in total blocks (108), blocks per game (4.5) and dunks (66), and is second in block percentage (17.6%).
Â
• Jamarion Sharp has more blocks himself this season (108) than 305 Division I programs have as a team, which is 87% of all D-I teams. He now holds the WKU record for most blocks in a season.
Â
• Sophomore guard Dayvion McKnight is the only player in the country averaging at least 15 points, five rebounds, six assists and two steals per game this year. He ranks seventh nationally in total assists (149) and eighth in assists per game (6.2).
Â
• After making 1 of 19 3-pointers (11%) in the first three games of the season, redshirt senior guard Luke Frampton has made 50 of 110 3s (45.5%) in the last 21 games.
Â
LAST GAME AGAINST UTSA: MARCH 11, 2021
Â
WKU used a lockdown defensive effort and a big night from both of its post players to defeat UTSA 80-67 in the Conference USA Tournament quarterfinals.
Â
The Hilltoppers held the high-scoring Roadrunners to 38% shooting, while junior center Charles Bassey (21 points, nine rebounds, five blocks) and redshirt senior forward Carson Williams (15 points, nine rebounds) dominated inside.
      Â
WKU shot 46.3% for the game and made 24 of 25 free throws, a 96% mark that set a new Hilltopper record for best free-throw percentage in a game on at least 20 makes.Â
