BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — WKU Hilltopper Basketball has a chance to extend its win streak to five games on Saturday as it takes on the Wright State Raiders at home at 6 p.m. CT. The game will stream live on ESPN+.
Fans are encouraged to bring teddy bears for the annual Teddy Bear Toss presented by Monticello Bank. Other new toys will also be accepted at the door as a donation to Toys for Tots.
WKU (7-1) has had a 10-day break from games after playing five contests in 10 days, most recently winning at Austin Peay on Nov. 30 Wright State (5-4, 0-2) enters Saturday's contest off of two Horizon League losses.
Head coach Rick Stansbury is 2-1 in his career against the Raiders.

WKU Hilltopper Basketball had multiple double-digit leads, but a late run by Wright State dealt the Hilltoppers a 76-74 road loss.
WKU led by 10 with 14:08 to play and still by 59-55 with 8:47 remaining, but Wright State went on an 11-0 run to build a seven-point advantage and swing the momentum.
The Hilltoppers rallied and reclaimed the lead with 1:36 to go, but Wright State took it right back and WKU missed several opportunities to win or tie in the final 90 seconds.
Charles Bassey led all scorers with 19 points in addition to nine rebounds and three blocks.
Camron Justice finished with 17 points and six boards, and Taveion Hollingsworth added 15 points. Carson Williams and Jared Savage each tallied eight points and six rebounds.
Bill Wampler paced Wright State with 22 points, and Gentry added 17.

- As of Friday, WKU is first in the country in 3-point percentage (46%). WKU is also third in blocks per game (6.6).
- As of Friday, Jamarion Sharp leads the country in total blocks (40) and blocks per game (5.00). Luke Frampton is first in the country in 3-point percentage (62.2%). He is nearly seven percentage points higher than the next best shooter.
- As of Friday, Wright State is fifth in the country in field goal percentage, shooting 51.6%.
- Dayvion McKnight became the first Hilltopper since 2000 to log seven steals when he did so at Austin Peay on Nov. 30.
- With 13 blocks against Indianapolis on Nov. 15, the Hilltoppers broke the program's record for blocks in a single game.
- In WKU's 127-61 rout of Kentucky State on Nov. 12, the team broke numerous 3-point shooting records for both the program and in NCAA DI history.
- Three Hilltoppers were named to the Conference USA Preseason All-Conference team: Dayvion McKnight, Emmanuel Akot & Jamarion Sharp.
- Jamarion Sharp is the tallest player in college basketball for the second season in a row at 7 feet, 5 inches. He's also the tallest player in the history of the Hilltopper program. WKU has seven players who are 6-foot-7 or taller and is the country's tallest team, according to Ken Pom.
