BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – After hosting back-to-back tournaments, WKU Softball will switch gears to host its first midweek game of the season as Belmont visits The Hill on Wednesday. First pitch against the Bruins is slated for 6 p.m. CT from the WKU Softball Complex. Wednesday's tilt marks the first of five midweek contests hosted by the Hilltoppers this season.

SCOUTING BELMONT
Belmont enters Wednesday's game with a 2-10 overall record. The Bruins earned a win over Western Michigan in their season opener before picking up a victory over ULM last weekend. Two of Belmont's losses were to No. 6 LSU. The Bruins are 0-3 in true road games this season. Last season, Belmont posted a 31-23 record. WKU leads the all-time series against Belmont 29-1 with the lone setback coming in the most recent meeting between the sides in 2017.
RUNDOWN WITH THE TOPS
WKU Softball is off to a 16-4 start and owns an 8-2 record in home games this season. The Tops have constructed five come-from-behind wins with one coming in each of WKU's first three tournaments before posting two in last weekend's Hilltopper Spring Fling. After back-to-back tournaments on The Hill, WKU Softball still has 17 more regular-season home games on the slate for the 2020 season.
TICKETS & PARKING
Single-day admission can be purchased for $5 for adults and $3 for kids ages 3-12 (free on Sunday). WKU students can receive free admission by showing their student ID. Additionally, Flexible Ticket Packages are available for $35 for 27 vouchers and can be used for all regular-season games.
Spectator parking will be available in the Creason lot (not PS3) beyond the outfield fences of the WKU Softball Complex.
PROMOTIONS
WKU's Mid-Week Concession Special will be available from the concessions stand featuring $2 popcorn and $2 hot dogs. Additionally, Wednesday's contest marks WKU Softball's Green Out game in support of C-USA at its initiative to continue the conversation of mental health awareness.
