BOWLING GREEN, Ky. -- WKU Softball placed four on CSC's Academic All-District list on Tuesday as Erica Houge, Morgan Sharpe, Maci Masters, and Jenna Blanton all earned the honor.Â
To be considered for CSC Academic All-District honors, the athletes must be at least a sophomore and carry a 3.50 GPA.Â
Hogue had a standout sophomore season, finishing the campaign with a 2.02 ERA and 23 wins in just 35 appearances. In her 176.2 innings of work, she threw 14 complete games and three complete-game shutouts while only allowing 51 earned runs, 129 hits, and striking out 94. Â
The sophomore also threw WKU's first no-hitter in seven years after a five-inning, complete game performance against IU Indy on March 1.Â
Houge finished the school year with a 3.93 cumulative GPA as a Management major.Â
Blanton finished the 2026 season with the best batting average on the team with a .423. Blanton finished the year with a 3.85 cumulative GPA as a Teacher Education major.Â
Sharpe had her best season as a Hilltopper in 2026 as the junior finished third on the team in batting average at .369. Playing all 53 games, she accumulated 59 hits in 160 at-bats including 18 doubles, just short of the single season individual program record in doubles at 19. Â

Sharpe finished with a 3.66 cumulative GPA as an Exercise Science major.Â
Masters earned her second CSC Academic All-District award after finishing the 2026 season with the most home runs on the team for the second straight year. The junior ended her campaign with a .328 batting average and 15 home runs, just two shy of tying the single season program record.Â
Playing in all 53 games, Masters recorded 45 hits in 137 at-bats with 19 total extra base hits, 40 RBI, and 94 total bases.Â
The junior wrapped up the year with a 3.74 cumulative GPA as an Elementary Education major.Â
