BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – WKU Men's Golf is slated to finish its fall season this week as the Tops head to Kennesaw, Ga., for the Pinetree Intercollegiate hosted by Kennesaw State. The two-day, 54-hole event will take place Monday and Tuesday at the par-72, 7,108-yard Pinetree Country Club.
Filling the field are 11 total teams including Austin Peay, Belmont, Jacksonville State, Loyola Chicago, Kennesaw State, Mercer, Tennessee Tech, Toledo, Troy, Western Carolina and WKU.
The Tops are coming off a 10th place finish at the Autotrader Collegiate Classic. WKU was led by senior Linus Lo who notched his fourth straight top-25 finish in as many tournaments. Lo came in at No. 150 on the most recent Golfstat rankings after his consistent success this fall.
Starting at the top of the lineup for the Red and White at Pinetree will be Lo followed by fellow senior Tom Bevington. Caleb O'Toole, Chase Landrum and Jack Poole will round out the Tops' lineup. Dawson McDaniel is set to play as an individual at the Intercollegiate.
WKU will play a continuous 36 holes on Monday with tee times starting at 7 a.m. CT. The final 18 holes will be played on Tuesday with tee times beginning at 7 a.m. CT once again.
