Taylor Proctor and Brittany Vaughn have combined for 34 of those tallies, an amount that alone that tops all other teams in the conference. The Red and White also lead the league in home runs with 37, already surpassing the 2016 season total of 28. Behind the plate, WKU sits ranked 10th in the country in runners thrown out attempting to steal with 16 denials. Finally, the Hilltoppers rank in the top 20 in the nation with 19 double plays turned on the season.
