WKU takes an 11-1 record this season on Saturdays into its 7:00 (CT) matchup against South Alabama this Saturday night in a White Out at E.A. Diddle Arena.
The Hilltoppers have won seven of their last eight games and are in second place in the Sun Belt Conference standings with six games left in the regular season.
At 17-8 overall WKU has a chance to win its 18th game of the season by the earliest calendar date since 2007-08 (Feb. 2), and with a win on Saturday the Hilltoppers would have 12 home wins in a season for the first time since 2009-10.
With a victory WKU would also equal last season's total number of conference wins, which came in a 20-game schedule versus this year's 18-game slate, with five games remaining.
Saturday's game will be televised by the Hilltopper Sports Satellite Network, airing nationally on ESPN3 and ESPN Full Court and regionally on WKU PBS in the Bowling Green area and WBNA in Louisville. It will be broadcast on the radio on the Hilltopper IMG Sports Network, airing locally in Bowling Green on WKLX-FM Sam 100.7, with Randy Lee and Hal Schmitt on the call.

QUICK SHOTS
Each of the last eight meetings between WKU and South Alabama have been decided by single digits, including the 58-56 Hilltopper win in Mobile on January 2.
WKU leads the SBC in average home attendance in 2013-14 (4,661 per game).
WKU is tied for 35th in the nation in rebounding in conference games.
During the current stretch of seven wins in eight games, four Hilltopper regulars are scoring at a clip above their season averages (Fant, Harrison-Docks, Dickerson, Akamune).
Chris Harrison-Docks leads the nation amongst freshman in free throw percentage (.902) and is 30th overall, and he has made 25 of his last 26 attempts from the charity stripe.
T.J. Price is averaging 15.2 points per game in six career games against South Alabama, and George Fant is contributing 11.3 points and 7.5 rebounds per contest against the Jaguars.
George Fant has started 55-straight games.
T.J. Price has scored in double figures in 31 of his last 36 games and has made at least one three-pointer in 35 of his last 38 games.
O'Karo Akamune has scored 42 points with 34 rebounds in the last five games after recording 12 points and 17 rebounds in his previous six games.
Should the 2013-14 Hilltoppers advance to the NCAA Tournament, it would mark the third time in WKU history the program has advanced to three-straight tournaments (1993-95; 2001-03).
An SBC Tournament championship would give WKU two of the three instances of three-straight tournament titles in league history (UAB, 1982-84; WKU, 2001-03).
