BOWLING GREEN, Ky.—Sun Belt Conference Coach of the Year Tyra Perry announced on Monday the camp dates for the 2013 Western Kentucky University Summer Softball Camps.
The SBC regular-season champion team will host three camps this June where campers will learn the fundamentals from Perry, the coaching staff, members of the WKU softball team as well as other college and elite travel coaches.
The Elite Camp takes place June 17-19 for girls ages 13-21 while the Lil Topper Camp is June 27 for girls ages 6-12. Both camps will take place at the WKU Softball Field.
WKU will also host a team camp June 24-26 for high school varsity and junior varsity teams as well as 14U, 16U and 18U summer travel teams with a six team maximum. The camp takes place at Bowling Green’s Buchanon Park as well as Keen Dormitory on the WKU campus.
