BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - The Western Kentucky University baseball team will be hosting its Annual Labor Day Showcase Camp on Sunday, Sept. 4 for 9th through 12th grade players interested in playing baseball at the collegiate level.
The camp will have a morning session from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and an afternoon session from 2 to 6 p.m. Both sessions cost $150.
Players will go through a pro-style workout and will be provided instruction in hitting and pitching as well as batting practice at Nick Denes Field and competitive games.
The Labor Day Showcase Camp has proven to be extremely beneficial to campers, with 12 current players on the Hilltopper baseball roster having attended this camp in the past. All campers will receive a WKU baseball t-shirt, while receiving one-on-one attention from members of the Hilltopper coaching staff, as well as current players.
