BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The 2027 Hilltopper Baseball Conference USA Schedule has been announced, the league office announced Wednesday.
The slate features 27 games in nine series, one against each CUSA member. The Hilltoppers will host five of the nine series at Nick Denes Field.
The conference season will get underway against rival Middle Tennessee starting Friday, March 26-28 at Nick Denes Field.
The Hilltoppers open the month of April in Lynchburg, Va. at Liberty, April 2-4. This will mark WKU's first trip to Lynchburg since the 2025 CUSA Tournament where the Hilltoppers claimed the CUSA Title and an automatic bid to an NCAA Regional.
WKU returns to Nick Denes Field, hosting Delaware for the first time ever, slated for Friday, April 9th through Sunday, April 11th. The Hilltoppers then head to Georgia for a three-game series against Kennesaw State, April 16-18. Kennesaw State hosted the 2026 edition of the CUSA Tournament.
Sam Houston will make the trip to Bowling Green for a three-game set, starting Friday, April 23. WKU will then travel to Miami, Fla. for a series against FIU to close out April, starting Friday, April 30-May 2.
Jax State visits the Hilltoppers for the first full weekend of May for three games, beginning Friday, May 7-9. WKU wraps up the road portion of the schedule out west at New Mexico State Friday-Sunday, May 14-16.
The Hilltoppers will welcome Missouri State for the regular season finale slated for Thursday-Saturday, May 20-22.
The 2027 CUSA Tournament will take place May 26-30 and is hosted by Sam Houston.
