My name is Kelsie Mattox and I am a freshman from Alpharetta, Georgia.
As the fall season and team practice has come to a close, we can look back and reflect on a few things. We concluded the fall season on a positive note with a 6-2 record and a great Hilltopper World Series. We are now transitioning back into our eight hour week of individual practice. We challenged ourselves to get better each week and it has truly shown. Now that the fall season is over, we have our intentions set on improving and pushing ourselves to get stronger to be successful in the spring.
Although we may be considered a young team by our roster, I feel as if it won't stop us from achieving big things especially when we put in the work that we do every day. The fall has enabled us to become closer as a team both on and off the field, and we were able to learn how to play together with all the new faces. I know that if we continue to push ourselves we will be able to make a championship run in the spring! Thanks for all of our fan support this fall and we look forward to seeing everyone in the spring!
Go Tops!!
