Well this year has started off with a bang. The atmosphere on the team is absolutely amazing and everyone is pumped for whatever comes next. We just got done with the Tennessee classic in Knoxville. We went 2-1, the loss being to Tennessee losing by one run. The energy was so high and it really showed what our team is all about. We fought ‘till the end. All the girls have bonded and we really are a big family. This upcoming weekend is some more home games and I know we are all excited to play at home again and get support from our home fans.
The whole team is in high spirits mentally, physically and emotionally. I truly believe this is the year that the Lady Topper Softball Team wins their first conference championship.
