Trailing 64-61 entering the final period, the Toppers limited Rayet Guadalajara to just six points to earn the win.
Courtney Lee and Elgrace Wilborn added 13 points apiece for Western, which also received nine points from both Ty Rogers and Mike Walker. Benson Callier added six points off the bench with Matt Maresca scoring two.
Sergio Fernandez had 24 points and Diego Perez scored 23 for Rayet Guadalajara.
The contest was tied 41-41 at the half.
