As a Freshman (2025): Named CUSA Freshman of the Year... CUSA All-Conference First Team and CUSA All-Freshman Team... Named AVCA All-Region Honorable Mention... 3x CUSA Freshman of the Week... Played in 85 total sets, appearing in 27 matches and starting 25... Finished third on the team in total kills with 293 and in hitting percentage at .327... A six-rotation player for the Tops, Knox finished with 13 assists, 12 service aces, 132 digs, and 55 total blocks... Posted a team-high 22 kills against then-RV Indiana on Sept. 19. Her 22 kills were the most by a freshman since Nov. 1, 2002... Was in the top 10 in kills per set amongst all of CUSA for the entirety of the 2025 season despite missing at least 24 total sets due to injury.

High School: Was a four-year member of the Nolensville High School volleyball team... Is the Nolensville all-time kills leader with 1,735... Won a state championship in 2021 and 2024 and was the state runner-up in 2023... Was a national champion with USA Volleyball in 2018 and 2019... Was a three-time member of the All-State team from 2021-2023... A two-time state tournament MVP in 2021 and 2024... Knox was also a two-time Prep Volleyball All-American in 2023 and 2024... In 2023 she was also named the USAToday Mid-Tennessee Volleyball Player of the Year.
Personal: Daughter of Reggie and Sydnee Knox... Sydnee was a setter at Hampton University from 2002-2006 while Reggie played football at Hampton as a corner from 2003-2007... Has two siblings, Kennedee and Kamryn.
