Mike Pollio, a 2010 graduate of Georgetown College in Kentucky, begins his third season on the WKU men's basketball coaching staff in 2014-15 as a graduate assistant coach.
Pollio assists in tasks relating to the instruction of the Hilltoppers, as well as works on various administrative tasks involving the program.
While at Georgetown College, Pollio helped coach the basketball team to both regular-season and tournament championships during his tenure. Before heading to Georgetown College, Pollio spent time as a student trainer for University of Louisville basketball and coached high school basketball in the city.
Pollio married the former Lizzie Gersh in 2013.
