Erien Watson enters her second season as Program Manager for the Hilltoppers.
Watson provides scheduling and administrative support to men's basketball head coach Rick Stansbury, ensures compliance with NCAA and Conference USA regulations, coordinates individual coaches' travel, helps coordinate and organize summer camps and clinics, assists with budget development and expenditures, supervises student office workers and represents the program at functions as necessary.
Watson previously worked at Tulane in 2015-16 as Program Coordinator. She served at Delgado Community College as an Academic Advisor, interned with the NBA's Atlanta Hawks and WNBA's Atlanta Dream and worked as a student assistant and camp coordinator at Mississippi State.
Watson earned her bachelor's degree in Political Science from Mississippi State in 2009 and her master's in Sports Administration from Georgia State in 2014.
The Shreveport, La., native grew up in Mississippi and graduated from Meridian (Miss.) High School.
