2020 (So.) | 6/1: Wade played in six games for the Hilltoppers with a start at UAB. Recorded 21 receptions for 180 yards, with 19 of those catches and 170 yards coming in a three-game span at Middle Tennessee, vs. Marshall and at UAB. Suffered an injury against the Blazers which caused him to miss the next six games before returning for the LendingTree Bowl. Had season-highs of 66 yards against the Blue Raiders and eight grabs against the Thundering Herd. Added nine kickoff returns for 147 yards, including a career-high five for 73 yards vs. Liberty. Also served as a the team's punt returner for a portion of the season. He will retain his sophomore year of eligibility due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
2019 (Fr.) | 13/0: Wade appeared in all 13 games for the Hilltoppers, recording one catch for 10 yards and one punt return for seven yards on Oct. 5 at Old Dominion. He also had two kickoff returns for 62 yards – a 19-yarder on Nov. 2 vs. Florida Atlantic and a 43-yarder on Oct. 26 at Marshall, which was a team season-long as well as the longest kickoff return by a WKU player since Kylen Towner's 57 yarder vs. Louisiana Tech in the 2016 Conference USA Championship.
HS/Misc.: Wade prepped a Lovejoy High School where he played for head coach Edgar Carson. A three-star prospect by 247Sports, Wade led Georgia's 6A division with 1,113 receiving yards during his senior season and was named the Region 4 Offensive Player of the Year by the Atlanta Journal Constitution. As a junior, Wade racked up 510 receiving yards. Wade picked WKU over offers from Arkansas State, Georgia State, Appalachian State, Colorado State, Southern Miss, Troy, Tulane and others.
